For those looking to explore further, arm balances and inversions are offered as an option, but not a necessity—allowing you to challenge yourself at your own pace. This class not only tests your physical endurance but also sharpens your mental focus, leaving you feeling empowered and balanced through the Flow State.

Invigorating Vinyasa practice with a focus on building internal and external strength.  Each class is intentional, guiding you to develop power and resilience through longer holds and balancing postures while maintaining humility and grace. Arm balances and inversions may be offered, but they are not a necessity—allowing you to explore your practice at your own pace. Vinyasa Strength Flow offers a balanced approach that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and energized.

Flow Rebound is a fun, effective workout for all fitness levels, improving balance, coordination, and overall well-being.Get ready for a high-energy, low-impact workout featuring rebounder trampolines.  This dynamic workout combines cardio, sculpting with light weights, and high-repetition movements to boost endurance and tone your entire body. The trampoline’s low-impact design supports joint health while adding an extra challenge to your core and stabilizing muscles. Rebounding helps flush out toxins and boosts your immune system.  The trampoline strengthens proprioception, improving body awareness.  Sculpt and tone your muscles while building long-lasting endurance.  The fun, energizing nature of rebounding triggers endorphins, leaving you feeling uplifted.  According to NASA, trampoline exercise is up to 68% more efficient than running, delivering greater calorie burn and a full-body workout in less time. Just 10 minutes of rebounding can equal a longer jog.

Teen Yoga

A yoga class designed specifically for tweens and teens to build confidence, connection, and mindfulness. In this unheated class, students will explore the foundations of yoga—breath, movement, and mindfulness—while flowing through shortened Vinyasa sequences tailored to their level. Through peer connection and movement students will develop the skills needed to transition into an adult-paced Vinyasa class.  This series is for 12-15 years of age.

This class supports social, emotional, and mental well-being, while also improving strength, mobility, focus, and self-awareness. Classes held on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM.  Run in 6 Class series or you can drop in.

Kids Yoga & Rebound

Let your little ones join in on Flow Studios Classes with a fun and engaging Kids Yoga Class! Designed for ages 6-10, this 75-minute session offers a perfect mix of movement, creativity, and nourishment to keep kids active and inspired. Class includes yoga, an art project,  and wiggle time on rebounders. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids to explore yoga in a supportive, fun environment while connecting with their peers. Space is limited, so be sure to book your child’s spot early! Saturday's at 10 AM!
