500 Hour Certification (300 Hour Modules) 

Our 300 Hour Program is built around 5 Core Modules, which are required for completion. In addition to the core curriculum, you will choose elective modules to complete an additional 40 hours of training.

We will continue to expand our elective offerings over time, but for the 2026–2027 program, electives include Sculpt & Flow Training, Ayurveda, and Pre-Natal Yoga.

All modules may also be taken individually as Continuing Education for certified teachers who are looking to stay current with Yoga Alliance requirements while continuing to grow and refine their teaching.

Tuition Details
Room and board are not included in module fees for any trainings held abroad.

You may enroll using the Pay Per Module option, which requires a $300 deposit for each module to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. Your tuition also includes access to classes at Flow Studio during the duration of your module.

300 Hour Modules

Core Module 1-"Roots and Waves: Foundations of Hips and Pelvis"- 40 Hour

 

Delve into the intricacies of the hips, pelvis, and legs, unlocking the keys to power, flexibility, and creating opportunities for spacious movement. This module is designed to break down advanced asanas related to the lower body, exploring functional movement patterns with a profound emphasis on the Earth and Water elements.

 

Core Module 2 - “Truth About the Core: The Container of the Body”- 40 Hour- April 2027

 

This comprehensive program goes beyond the surface, exploring the anatomy, energetics, elemental influences, and philosophical applications of the core in yoga. Gain a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of the entire trunk, including the pelvic floor, diaphragm, and chakras. Elevate your teaching skills with insights into functional movement, advanced arm balances, inversions, and impactful postures.

 

Core Module 3- "Strength in Motion: The Spine, Nervous System, and Air Element Embodiment"- 40 Hour

In this transformative module, we will explore the Air element's influence on the spine, with a focus on nervous system regulation. By delving into the anatomy of the spine, ribs, and shoulders, we will deepen our understanding of how these structures work together in movement, supporting our posture, breath, and overall alignment during asana.  This module will also explore the language of the body—how physical sensations, tension, and emotions manifest in our posture and movement. By learning to listen to these signals, we can create space to release patterns of holding and resistance.

Core Module 4 - Sequencing Mastery: “Advanced Techniques for Crafting Dynamic Yoga Classes”- 80 Hour (Divided into 2 Modules- Part 1, Part 2) Part 2 Fall 2026- Nov. 7, 8, 14, 15 and Dec. 5, 6 (10 AM- 3 PM)

 

Unlock the intricacies of Vinyasa sequencing with our comprehensive 80 hour module designed to elevate your teaching skills to new heights. Throughout this immersive experience, you will receive guidance and feedback to support sequencing arcs, providing a structured framework to enhance your educational journey. Dive deep into the art of transitions, mastering the seamless linking of asanas to propel your students towards measurable progress.

 

Core Module 5 -" Practice for Life: Injury-Informed Yoga"- May 2027

 

This module is an exploration of how we adapt and evolve our practice to support the body through chronic pain, injury, and long-term sustainability. You will learn how to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach and instead teach in a way that is responsive, intelligent, and deeply supportive of each individual body.  It is about teaching in a way that supports longevity, builds trust, and allows the practice to become something that can truly last a lifetime. You will learn how to apply to private sessions and best way to support beginners.

Sculpt & Flow Module- (elective)- 40 Hour- March 11- March 21, 2027

Flow’s Sculpt Training blends yoga-inspired movement, strength training, and music-driven energy into one powerful experience. Rooted in yogic principles like alignment, breath awareness, and intentional movement, Sculpt & Flow is designed to build strength, resilience, and muscular endurance in a way that feels both purposeful and sustainable. You’ll learn how to create dynamic, well-balanced classes that weave together fluid flows with resistance-based training using tools like dumbbells, gliders, and bands. This method allows you to explore strength while maintaining the mindfulness and presence of a yoga practice.

 

 

Ayurveda 101 Module- (elective)- 20 Hour

 

Are you curious about Ayurveda and how it can enhance your understanding of yoga practice? Join us for an enriching journey into the world of Ayurveda with our course, "Introduction to Ayurveda: Understanding the Elements, Doshas, and Yoga."  Ayurveda, referred to as the sister science of yoga, is an ancient holistic healing system originating from India. At its core, Ayurveda seeks to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit by understanding the interconnectedness of the universe and the individual.
