300hr Certification with Flow Yoga 

Discover an enriching path to advanced yoga teaching with our 300-Hour Teacher Training Modules. Each module is carefully crafted to deepen your understanding and refine your skills, providing you with comprehensive insights into the art and science of yoga instruction.


Program Overview:

  • All Modules: 40 Hours (Except the electives- Electives are 20 hours).

  • Embrace the full journey by enrolling in 5 Core Modules and 3 Elective Modules each offering a blend of immersive studio classes and hands-on teaching experiences.  Within each Core Module you are required to attend 4 Flow Studio classes assinged by your trainer, if you are training from abroad you can practice virtually.

  • Gain valuable mentorship opportunities as you lead $10 classes within the context of each module, fostering growth and confidence in your teaching abilities.

  • Immerse yourself in the practice by attending classes, honing your teaching material, and dedicating time to meditation and self-reflection.

  • Fulfill your training requirements with engaging homework assignments, including reading, journaling, and written tasks.


Tuition Details:

  • Secure your place in the program with full tuition payment prior to the start date: $4,800.

  • Opt for the Pay Per Module option at $750 per module, $550 for Electives- offering flexibility and convenience.

  • Please note: Room and board are not included in module fees when traveling abroad with us.

  • With either option deposit is required to hold your spot.  For the one time payment of $4800 you will place a $500 deposit, and the complete payment made prior to the start of the first module attended.  Pay Per Module Option requires a $300 deposit to hold your spot.  Attending classes at Flow Studio during your module are included in your tuition.

Core Module 1-"Roots and Waves: Foundations of Hips and Pelvis"-

This module is designed to break down advanced asanas related to the lower body, exploring functional movement patterns with a profound emphasis on the Earth and Water elements.


Core Module 2 - “Truth About the Core: The Container of the Body”


This comprehensive program goes beyond the surface, exploring the anatomy, energetics, elemental influences, and philosophical applications of the core in yoga. Gain a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of the entire trunk, including the pelvic floor, diaphragm, and chakras. Elevate your teaching skills with insights into functional movement, advanced arm balances, inversions, and impactful postures.


Core Module 3- "Elevate: Strength and Movement in Shoulders, Back, and Neck Mastery"


This comprehensive training focuses on cultivating strength and fluid movement in the shoulders, back, and neck. Delve into advanced asanas, including invigorating backbends, and discover the profound connection between breath, the nervous system, and the Air element. Immerse yourself in heart-centered meditations that elevate your practice to new heights.


Core Module 4 - Sequencing Mastery: “Advanced Techniques for Crafting Dynamic Yoga Classes”- 


Unlock the intricacies of Vinyasa sequencing with our comprehensive 40-hour module designed to elevate your teaching skills to new heights. Throughout this immersive experience, you will receive guidance and feedback to support sequencing arcs, providing a structured framework to enhance your educational journey. Dive deep into the art of transitions, mastering the seamless linking of asanas to propel your students towards measurable progress.


Core Module 5 - Mastering the Fundamentals: Advanced Training for Teaching Beginners and Private Sessions- "Foundations and Personal Pathways”


Explore the fundamental principles of guiding those new to yoga and learn how to tailor your teachings for clients with specific needs, requests, injuries, or limitations. Develop the skills to create personalized four-week series for beginners, providing a supportive and enriching introduction to the practice.



Ayurveda 101 Module- (elective)


Are you curious about Ayurveda and how it can enhance your understanding of yoga practice? Join us for an enriching journey into the world of Ayurveda with our course, "Introduction to Ayurveda: Understanding the Elements, Doshas, and Yoga."  Ayurveda, referred to as the sister science of yoga, is an ancient holistic healing system originating from India. At its core, Ayurveda seeks to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit by understanding the interconnectedness of the universe and the individual.


Mentorship Module (elective)


Step into the role of a teacher-in-training with our Mentorship Elective module, an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and personalized guidance within our 200-hour program. This elective offers a dynamic blend of observation, teaching, and feedback, allowing you to refine your teaching skills and prepare for a future of leading public classes and workshops.


Flow Yoga Sculpt Module- Sculpt Masterclass: Advanced Training for Yoga Sculpt Instructors- (elective)


Flow Yoga Sculpt was created out of passion for movement with purpose and dedication to consistency. We’ve combined the foundations of yoga with traditional sculpting exercises and cardio bursts for a mindfully intense workout. Designed to work the entire body, each choreographed sequence will be carefully crafted with a variety of dynamic, strength, power, isometric, and mobility exercises that bring balance from head to toe. Alignment and safety are top priority, so each sequence offers modifications making Flow Yoga Sculpt a class for any fitness level and always while having fun!

Prenatal and Postnatal Module- (elective) 

Cultivate expertise in prenatal and postnatal yoga with our specialized training module. Delve into the intricacies of guiding expectant and new mothers through safe and empowering yoga practices. Learn how to adapt poses, provide nurturing support, and foster a welcoming environment conducive to the unique needs of this transformative journey. Equip yourself with the knowledge and confidence to offer comprehensive prenatal and postnatal yoga classes that nurture both body and mind.


Functional Anatomy Module- Injury Prevention and Maintenance- (elective) 

Explore the intricate mechanics of the human body and gain invaluable insights into how yoga can both support and optimize physical well-being. Learn practical strategies for identifying and addressing common injuries, while cultivating a nuanced understanding of anatomical alignment and movement patterns. Empower yourself to guide students safely through their practice, fostering resilience and longevity on their yoga journey.


Assistant Module- (elective)

Engage in an immersive Assistant Module experience where you'll play an integral role in our retreats and training abroad. From leading classes and practicing teaching diverse styles to collaborating with fellow assistants and guiding teaching labs for our 200-hour students, this module offers a dynamic platform for honing your teaching skills and contributing to the growth and success of our programs.

  • Introduce you to the Flow Yoga Sculpt concepts and principles of the Flow Yoga programs.

  • Provide you with the methodology, class choreography structure and flow which represent the concept of the Flow Yoga programs.

  • Provide you with a basic understanding of physiology, functional anatomy, and movement principles as they relate to training, technique, alignment, and safety standards.

  • Learn the importance of core stability, mindful movement, posture, and alignment as it relates to efficient movement and injury prevention.

  • Learn effective cueing and verbal techniques, as well as how to progress and regress participants within a group setting.

  • Provide a succinct choreographic structure and format for Flow Yoga Sculpt programming so you can confidently begin teaching as soon as possible.


Participants will gain mastery in designing innovative sequences that seamlessly blend yoga, strength training, and cardio elements to create exhilarating and effective workouts. With a focus on alignment, safety, and progression, graduates will be equipped to guide students of all levels through challenging sculpt practices, fostering physical strength, mental resilience, and holistic well-being. By honing their teaching skills and deepening their knowledge, participants will emerge as leaders in the field, inspiring and empowering others on their journey towards health, vitality, and self-discovery.

  • Advanced Asanas and Sequencing:

    • Break down advanced asanas, such as hip openers, twists, and balancing poses.

    • Learn how to sequence these postures effectively for a well-rounded and transformative class.

  • Teaching with Mindfulness:

    • Emphasis on teaching with mindfulness and awareness in poses related to the hips and pelvis.

    • Foster a space for students to connect with their bodies and emotions during the practice.

Graduates of this module will leave with a deep understanding of the foundations of the hips, pelvis, and legs.
