Flow Yoga School Trainers:
Jodell began her yoga journey at 36, looking for a gentle way to reconnect with her body after years of putting herself last. What started as a physical practice soon became a path of mindful self care and personal growth.
She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Megan and Lydia in 2019 and discovered a passion for teaching. Since then, she has continued her education with a focus on functional anatomy, postural alignment, and biomechanics, including advanced training with Tiffany Cruikshank. Jodell has taught more than 1,000 hours, is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and is currently completing her 300 hour certification through Flow Yoga School.
Known for her thoughtful approach and genuine care for her students, Jodell creates classes that are welcoming, educational, and empowering. Outside the studio, she enjoys hiking, sipping hot cocoa, and spending time with her husband and three children.
